Kentucky Inspection Sticker

I'm looking for someone that would have a 1969 or 1970 Kentucky inspection sticker on their car. I need some information from that sticker, if anyone has one or maybe has a picture of one. I know this is a long shot but you never know. This site is always surprising me with information.
