I don't see any issue with the wheels. The close up pics of the nuts appear to have splits in them. Those may be the factory nuts with the stainless covers that rust under the stainless and force them out as a bulge and then split at the seams. The pics are too out of focus to be certain, but if that is the kind of nuts, get new ones and if original isn't an issue, get solid steel with chrome plating on them.

Also available are aftermarket tapered seat lugnuts with a larger diameter base, I see them used a lot on the new American Racing wheels. I don't see any issues with your nut/wheel combo.
