Good Ol fashion Oil Dry, pair of old sneakers and do the twist on it! We use to work on cars at a friends house as kids, his Dad was a real SOB and drilled home life’s lesson on cleaning up when your done. Especially at his house. We screwed up plenty of times, twist and twist and poof! No more stain. Wash it down with dish soap and a hose when done. More often then not, you end up with a clean spot. Still use this today.... it works!

I just used Simple Green Concrete cleaner at my rental in the garage, it came out nice.
Where my mom parked her Chrysler leaking all those years, it cleaned it very well. Just scrub and hose off. No power wash.
