I'd say if the cap (sector shaft cover) bolts are original then it's a 1968 dated box. Saginaw transitioned from bolts + lock washers to flanged bolts (no washers) in mid 1969. The cover in the photo shows period correct bolts (head markings) with separate washers.

Now im looking for a original power steering rag joint there seems to be many different designs im a little confused please send pictures
