Default L78 Nova fuel pump

My 1969 L78 Nova was built Oct 68. I have the original fuel pump part #40568. From what I am reading, they used other part numbers in 1969. Mine is definitely the original with 3/8 single fuel line and date. It appears my options are to have it rebuilt [I see there a couple people doing it for $220 plus dollars] or buying a new reproduction.

For now, I was considering the reproduction [hoping to save money]. One thing I want for sure is it to have the AC logo. I am not finding anything. Does anyone know where to get one? Also, does anyone know what changed with the different part numbers? If I do use a different part number, will the fuel lines still be in the correct positions?

Question Fuel Pump..

I always thought the 40727 was the correct part number for 69-70 L78 Nova, Camaro, Chevelle...

Default L-78 Nova fuel pump

X-2
I agree the 40727 is the correct pump for most all 1968 - 1970 3/8 " line fuel pumps on all High-performance Big Block Chevrolets. Average current value for an NOS one is about $200.00 I believe.
