You might also try spreading ground coffee on a cookie sheet. Set the sheet on the floor. Worked for me to get the smell of gas out of my Riviera after a transporter managed to leak gas from a car down into my cowl vent.

Go pickup a few pizzas for dinner tonight ... this will replace the smell.

I've used one of these charcoal bags to help and it actually worked pretty well.

I have tried the Ionization, it helped but left a different kind of electric smell. didn't really like it.

I had my truck serviced for a good 10 days,(they had to keep it for awhile to get the problem to surface),nearly 5 years ago by an independent garage.
After they were done,I was told they "road tested" it.
My odometer had many more miles then I would expect a local road test to be.I also noticed a distinct smell,McDonalds french fries.
I finally contacted them and asked why so many miles guys? They finally came clean and said they use customers cars as their "Gopher'" vehicle to go for parts, errands, etc.
Turned out they loved McDonalds, and went there daily with my truck I was told, among other places. The extra miles didn't upset me,as much as the smell did.I soon found a large bag of their always getting re-warmed french fries snuggled in between the two fold down back seats on the floor, where the heater blows.
That garage soon went out of Business & I still smell McDonalds french fries till this day.

At least they didn't leave some old salami and cheese in a bag for you to discover.

Great looking pooch there Rob. If my shepherd would behave like a Border Collie, he'd get more rides. lol
