Default Syncrhonizer manufacturer?

Does anybody on here have any knowledge of the procedure for having gears/synchros made, or companies who can do this? I am trying to find a company who can reproduce the synchros in a GM Getrag 284 (M27) Heavy duty FWD 5 speed. Rebuild kits are not available, but I found a guy who has one brand new set of rebuild parts he got from a guy at Getrag years ago. I'm thinking it may be possible to have new stuff made off these pieces. Thanks for any input.
