<font size="2" color="#FF0000">This is the car that *really* got the ball rolling (in regards to racing) at Fred Gibb Chevrolet. Herb Fox, one of Gibb Chevrolet's top salesmen, ordered up the Z/28 and started doing his thing at the track. Fred, himself, then got bit by the racing bug and pledged his support to Fox, as well as to many, many race related projects in the future.

For the '67 season, the car retained it's original "Royal Plum" paint, but for the '68 season the car was painted a bright red, and got treated to a set of knock off wheels. In '68, "Little Hoss" and Herb Fox were the AHRA World Champions. Numerous national records and scores of victories, and as they say "the rest is history"!!

Sweet example of a historic car! . Those 'Vette K/O's look great too! . When was the cross-ram setup installed? ~ Pete

Was the engine painted at any time? I would be curious to see if the facotry painted the pad...
What a neat car... day-2, vintage drag racing... does not get cooler than this!

Wow, outstanding to see this car get featured! Totally deserving of the attention. A true piece of musclecar history. Great car and just as great of an owner. Congratulations Ken.

Yeah, I've had a ride in this little monster with Ken at the wheel, and I still love it!

Congratulations Mr. Boje, and in case I've never said it to your face, THANK YOU for bringing this car BACK TO LIFE!!!
