VIN tag problem
https://bringatrailer.com/listing/19...et-camaro-264/
I have no explanation for this. All domestic 1969 Camaro VINs started at 500001. Body tag looks real but has clearly been re-installed.

Subject 124379N112306 TC thread w/ similar VIN - 124379N15848 - possibly a State Reissue also note one of last six digits ‘missing’? https://www.camaros.net/threads/how-...r-gone.485616/ ~ Pete .

I doubt the state made a perfect fitting VIN tag for a 69 Camaro.
Dash panel has been replaced. Cowl rivets are wrong. Wonder what the hidden VINs say. Buyer beware. I wonder where the VIN tag came from.. kinda scary |

My thoughts exactly, no State issued ID / Vin tag ever looked like an original tag. Bill
