i had a set of MACs and i finally just wore them out..i mean thread bare, beat up handles bent hooks every thing...i finally pulled them apart one by one...i kept them for re webbing...they lasted 14 hard hard years....i pull a lot of cars and equip..so well worth the investment

i have some of these now..100% impressed...i love THE HANDLES..comfortable and easy they are long and have leverage...Id prob buy MACS again..but these are really close...for me the handle is everything now...you can get your whole hand thur them..others your fingers hit mechanism and are hard to ratchet
