Default '69 Cougar Eliminator, 1-Owner 390/4-speed, sitting since '81

Now this is a great find...and it's only $5,000 with no reserve.

Did not know you could get a 390 in an Eliminator. Cool piece.

Love those Kelley-Springfield Super Chargers. They are probably so hard by now they don't even need air.

I had a yellow '70 Eliminator for a few weeks. It was a 351C with a FMX. It was on it's way to being a dirt track racer when I saved it.

I've had several throughout the years. Cool cars and I like em better than the stangs.

Ive got a real black (base) cougar now. Just like the 2nd gen Formula's had one of the best hoods ever, the 1st/2nd gen Cougars had some of the best headlight/taillight setups ever (IMO).

That would be one gorgeous car when restored. Listing addendum now says engine is turning over and they may relist (undoubtedly with a reserve price) if they get it running.

Must have gotten it running. Listed was ended due to an error.

Can't blame em.
