This guy's story is laughable. "Paperwork to document authenticity comes with the original window sticker from Yenko Chevrolet which is in perfect shape and was found in driver’s seatback."
It must have gotten stuck in there on the way home from Kinkos.

Not to mention, there isn't a single legit Yenko piece on this car, from the repro tail panel emblem, which is naturally placed incorrectly, to the crude out of proportion repop stripe kit, which also looks suspiciously fresh as compared to the rest of the car. I doubt if this thing has even been a "Yenko clone" for very long, if you even wanna call it that.

A total fabrication, and an outright lie.

I just love that high optic tach mount for the seeing impaired...musta been an early precursor to the hood tach. If it needs to be that in your face, why not just mount it to the visor on your helmet?

I'd love to see the e-mail's in this guy's inbox.

Can't someone run a NICB report on the VIN to see if the car was even delivered to Yenko to begin with? It sure looks like a clone. The stripes are all wrong as is the emblem. Either that or it was a prototype like the 6 cyl Yenko Deuce!

No need to even waste the time or expense of running an NICB on this one. It's an obviously fabricated car, with the fabricated story and fabricated docs to go along with it. Either that or it's the only L-88/L-89 RPO'd COPO/Yenko with '68 alternator brackets, special chassis "feathers" and making it even more special is the fact that was delivered to a Yenko address that didn't even exist until 2+ years after the car was built.

Funny...doesn't that Yenko crest on the window sticker look like an emblem that was laid right on the platen glass of a Xerox machine? A better question would be what does make this guy or anyone for that matter think he's looking at a legit Yenko car?

This guy cracks me up, who does he think is going to belive that window sticker is for real? It's not even in color, nor does it resemble any factory or Yenko installed window sticker in any way, even if you get past the misspellings and all around lunacy of the whole elementary school subterfuge. I'm really surprised someone hasn't got the auction pulled already.

Don't know where all the Yenko BS is from but it may be a real 427 COPO Chevelle. I tried many times to get the rear end code from him about 10yrs ago when he only wanted 100K for the car. He told me to buy the car first then I can get all the numbers I wanted
