A 67 Royal Plumb version. It has a tilt wheel.

That is one EXPENSIVE column. 1 year only, 1967 Chevelle floor shift. I have seen them for sale for $1500.00 - $2,000.00. Un-restored. I paid $750.00 back in 2003 when I frame off restored my Black 1967 SS-396 Hardtop.
