Default Fan Clutches

Can someone educate me on the differences in 1969 fan clutches. Is there a difference in spindle length or other physical differences? I need one for a 69 L72 in a big car and see original looking ones for Chevelles and Camaros but nothing for big cars other than generic one size fits all.
