1970 Chevelle master cylinder 5470409 OTC?

Hi Friends, odd master cylinder here - 5470109 but no bleeder valves.

Has clearly been rebuilt before by the ink stamp - no cap, no bail wire.

Been sitting for years, clearly a core to be rebuilt again.

No machined pad for the broadcast code either.

Date code 38 - February 7

OTC / later replacement? No sure, see photos.

Just cover the shipping and my bending down to pick it up.

$25 PPG shipped to the US.
