I was in his basement/house once. Lots of stuff, including the 68 Z convertible.
His garage has appeared in several magazine articles over the years...

Sometimes I would go to Carlisle just for the entertainment in his spaces. PRICELESS to say the least!!!

This is such a shame,but, it's one of those things that was bound to happen.
Al was a great friend and is truly missed.
If any of you remember the Green Bay collection,this will dwarf that 10 fold.
As I and a lot of you guys remember, he would go to Carlisle with the 40 ft. trailer
and was allways a riot to be around.(if he knew you)
Last I knew,the trailer was still parked out back ,still packed full.
This collection would be better served as a Museum than an auction .
One can only guess what is all there.
This is one of those auction's you won't want to miss.
To bad they have this spread out over 3 &quot;Frecken&quot; weeks.
That is very poor management to me on the part of auction house.
