Are you wanting new or used gears? You might find them used in some '82 to current 1/2 ton trucks. If you want something with a certain date then that's going to be hard to find. I don't know of any cars that got the 4.10 with the 8.5, unless you could get them in a '71 - '73 Z28. If you want new gears then you can get them from AAM, who is the OEM supplier. There are several places that sell AAM gears.

found a set thanks YSC
BGH there are a lot of square body 1 ton 4x4 trucks that came with 8.5 front diffs and 4.10 was common ratio - alot of work to pull them but look like new since they weren't driven on too often

Yeah, I knew that the trucks got them, but haven't see them in a car. The thing you have to watch for in the front of the 4X4 is rust, because as you said, they didn't get used much. I've seen many 4X4 front gears that had heavy rust above the oil level because they went for many years without moving. Anyway, glad you found what you needed.
