Default Berger/Harrell Camaro

We had two Camaro's still in Georgia that hadn't been totally converted yet.We just received them in different states of completion.

The first one is a red car and the other one is black. Here are the pictures of the red one.

Assorted parts everywhere inside.

Charlie,I think that the business went bad.So these cars have been sitting down there for years waiting to be finished to no avail. We just bought out a LS6 for one of them and had it delivered there like 3-4 months ago. Both cars have the fenders, quarters, and hoods installed but alot left to do.

Wow….rumor was that Berger was having problems dealing with a couple of the parties involved, I guess not rumors. Hate it for Berger, and of course owners, who now not only have to worry about who will handle any warranty issues, but what this has done to the market value of their cars, as generally these high dollar “collector” cars are bought as investments.

Thanks for posting this!

I got caught up in the GMMG drama when Matt M was in the thick of his troubles. I have not heard from Matt in awhile so I hope all is ok with him.

It's been almost a year since Berger received DH-9 back unfinished, what ever happened to DH-9?

I looked at Berger's inventory this morning and saw a Red DH car but could not tell for sure if it was DH-9. Is DH-9 the red one in your inventory (website) or did the owner who had the deposit on it finally take delivery?

Out of pure curiosity, can I see a higher resolution picture of the "check-off" list taped to the windshield?

What DH# was the "black one" in the two you received back? It must be either # 10,21,23,24,29?

Thanks again!

Wow! How can these 2002 cars not be completed after 9(!) years?! A dealer late in payment, a component supply problem, a cease-and-desist lawsuit, or what?

DJA,The red Camaro in inventory is DH-9.We showed it at MCACN II this past November. As for a high res picture of the check list, the one pictured is the only one I had.
I asked Dick Jacques about the Black car and the best that he can remember is that car was #21.And that was a bad boy machine.I got chills every time it went by the parts department with the exhaust cut-outs open.WOW!!!!

Yes, the black one being #21 makes sense, thanks for looking into it! I think the 4rth Gen DH cars are my favorite!
