Unless rebalanced after rashing occurred, wouldn't the result w/ repair materials added be closer to last balance job than it was operating damaged w/ missing material?
Super nice workmanship, especially for the $ also virtually unnoticeable if repairs unknown.

I don’t think any materials were added. They were taken away and the area was polished.
