The best way to get them out of a used deck lid is spray with WD-40 and they will roll right out of there. I make sure it gets to the inside part. Did this in the salvage yards and it works if the rubber is decent. Just removed a few last year and a old salvage yard

This is what I have for the 68 style bumpers. I put a 69 style bumper on the right so he could see the difference in the thickness. From my understanding the 68s are thicker. The part number does not match yours but these are the only ones I have and that thickness with part numbers.

Here's a picture of one that I believe that Spooky was referencing. The thicker one with the KF embossing . Again put next to a 69 up for size reference.
