1965 Corvette Roadster 327-365hp
Here's a car that is going through my shop right now. I am freshening some things up on this 70k mile 65 L76 roadster. A great solid car, that appears to have every original numbered and dated component. Beautiful original interior!!
This is going to prove to be a great driver for someone when it's completed. 327-365hp M20 4 speed (close ratio) 4.11 posi AM/FM radio C&C group (knock offs and gold lines added) I've got a Dewitt's radiator on the way, fresh set of gold lines, and a small amount of items to replace the typical parts store items (battery cables, heater hoses, etc). I just finished rebuilding the carb, will rebuild the clock, pull the gauge cluster to clean all of the gauge faces / lenses, and overall just give everything a good going through. Here are a bunch of the castings, stamps, dates, and what looks to be original parts.....
The intake looks to have never been off..... Distributor date..... Trans stamps...... Rear diff.... Alternator..... Starter... Fuel pump. Looks to be the right 40083 Body build date of April 30th, 1965 Last edited by napa68; 11-27-2021 at 03:37 PM. |

Tim, this car keeps getting better and better. I would keep the radiator with the car, 4 months is a little far but still could have happened. I also like the sprinkler comment. I wish I could buy it but I have no more room.
