Default Dual Quad Carb Value

I’m helping out a friend that has a 3645sb Carter carb for a Buick 401 / 425 setup...The carb is dated CK4 and he is interested in selling the carb, the throttle shafts are frozen...

Cores go for anywhere from 100 to 300. Frozen throttle plates usually mean the mixture screws are stuck too. I would be interested in the carb if he wants to sell.

After looking at the pics both of the mixture screws are broke off which is usually not good!
