Default Thoughts on this 1967 pace car?

Co-worker works on the auction side so he was asking me my thoughts. At the time, he didn't have any pics of the data plate, with the seller only claiming it said 4N for the L35. Now it's been uploaded, though I am guessing it would need docs to prove its pace car status?

I did a little reading on '67 pace cars last month as I met a guy who said he might have a pace car but he wasn't sure. From researching on the web, is it the case the car would have to check 3-4 boxes to probably be a pace car? I also read some dealers would order cars with similar configurations later in the year?

If anyone has a check list could you share, I could go over the trim tag with the guy.

Looks correct to me for a Van Nuys built pace car from my knowledge of having owned one from 2005-2015.
