Question 5 Blade Clutch Fan Identification FRONT H Stamp 1968 ?

Hey Experts what 5 Blade Clutch Fan do I have, Stamped H FRONT and W on the back.
Fan is about 18" at its longest point center hole is about 2+1/4".
I know H stands for Hayes-Albion.
Checked GRG for specs but no mention of this fan.

Anyone know what I have with applications, I really don't like selling stuff unless I have good Info on it.
Thanks in Advance.

Thank you So much STEFS for that CLUE.
It is in fact a 3789562 (Made by Hayes-Albion, Stamped "H", "FRONT, and "W") confirmed with photos and info on a few Corvette Forums for 1965 to 1967 applications.
What threw me off was searching this as a Camaro part but now entering Corvette I found a lot of info.

Cheers.
