Default DZ Engine Pad Opinion

What is the consensus on this stamp? I have an opinion but before I let the owner know what I think I'd appreciate your feedback.

No gang stamp on that one, I think the "4" is off too.

Fonts are all wrong and appears hand stamped as said above.
