Default Muncie 4 Speed ID

Looking for some assistance in identifying this muncie. Parts are clear like letter C being M22 but not sure on the rest. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Larry

CT9 is shows that it was an over the counter trans for the 69 model year. The other number is the serial number of the trans. Same idea as a CE block.

Service replacement Muncie, as per http://www.camaros.org/trans.shtml#service
C=Chevrolet
T=Transmission
39099=unique unit sequence number
Muncie transmission plant was assigned the sequence range 35000 to 44999
Perhaps the 'A' denotes the full range allocated was used up, and they reset the sequence numbers, with the addition of a letter prefix, as happened with engine blocks.

Yes,Tim is right.The A meant they used up the numbers and restarted back to the beginning.
