Please tell me that you guys have thousands of these photographs! If not I better starting planning now for the withdrawals............These are great. More people need to start posting all their personal shots and start new threads titled with the dragstrip or cruise area. Neat stuff!

Verne

I can't think of the name - I believe it started with a B
I remember seeing the car on the street with just the name on the doors no other lettering or decals in mid/late sixties in Nassau / Franklin Square area

<font color="blue"> These are GREAT pics.
I just got back from the GatorNationals &amp; this makes me happier.

The first time I raced was at N.Y. National &amp; it closed 2 weeks later
... I was devistated; until I went to Englishtown, then I was happy again.
Those tracks are where my first 2 trophys came from.

I also remember Flip's Speed Shop when I was growing up.

Thanks for the memories... [color]

John

Loved your shots also - the good old days - 29 cent gas - someone else looking to race at almost every light - and more tracks open every weekend then you could go to!!
Maybe sYc should start a forum just for all these old shots so they just don't disappear with time among all the other posts. Either way keep 'em coming they are great!!
