Yes, a 10' two piece shaft that would bend with the airframe during heavy maneuvers.

Was having trouble envisioning how the gun could fire through the center of the prop hub with a driveshaft driving the prop. Now I see there is a gearset involved and the driveshaft is not in the center line. Really neat!
