Default Old Gas Station Near Me

I remember a thread about old gas stations but couldn't find it.

This station is a few miles from me. The guy that owns it bought the house because of the gas station that is on the property. He completed the restoration several years ago. He has a small cruise-in the first Friday of each month. This is the only picture I have of it.

Nice!!! Kudos to the owner for restoring the building instead of just tearing it down.

Here is one close to where I live
https://www.waymarking.com/gallery/i...e-90f743372360
It was a working station in the 70's when I was still in High School. It actually had an OUTDOOR single hydraulic post lift for oil changes and such. It is located at the V intersection of two roads and I was told by the grandson of the original owner that there wasn't enough distance from the road to enclose it.

Just looking at the place you can tell it was a much different world back then. A much slower pace.
