Default 73 Z28 trim tag info

Hello,
One question, this trim tag is attached with screws, that's not right, is it??? The VIN confirms it's a real Z28.

Forgot to load photo on photobucket.....be right back with a photo.

Thank you. ktownkid

It looks like someone put screws into the existing rivets.

My 74 has those same screws, I asked about it here a while back and it is correct for a 74, I do not know if it is correct for a 73. My 72 has rivets.

A search on the www.nastyz28.com site will tell you the screws are indeed correct.

I believe the switch to screws occurred in late April/early May 1973.
