'69 Camaro X22 Convertible - Black/White - Hmm
I would love to believe this car is real but I can't get past what appears to be a repop trim tag. Did the current or previous owner beat the crap out of that tag to mask its identity as a repop? Very weird.

My guess is that tag has been distressed on purpose, and OEM tag rivets were never goobered up like that. I could be all wet , JMO.

Seller is right in my back yard, but I don't know him and have never seen his inventory in person. I don't know much about Camaros, but I do know a lot about midyear Corvettes and he seems to sell a high volume of low-quality midyears. I wouldn't expect much provenance here.

I am sure you are corredt.
Don't know what kind of provenance one could put together for a car with a fake tag, other than fake provenance.

Not that it matters that much, but black RS cars got a silver grille instead of black, even on RS/SS models.
