Default 19,379-Mile '67 GTX, #s 440/4-sp

What a car this is...and sold new a few miles from where I grew up, in West Allis, WI. The selling dealer's building, Hub Motor Sales, is still there and is currently a 'help center.'

Pretty obvious this car was spared the Wisconsin winters...just incredible.

Ironically, the parts store I cut my teeth in was located at 5825 W. National Ave.

Can't say I remember Hub being there. I asked my Dad about it just now. He says "Oh yeah! Used to sell them gear reduction starters like they were going out of style in the winter"

Aside from the side story, what a killer car!!

Any chance that store also rebuilt engines? A good friend of mine had a shop in that area rebuild the 350 in his 71 Monte Carlo when we were in HS.

We had a machine shop at the store in Kenosha. Probably was not us. There was Allis Machine around 43rd & Beloit that was notable. There was also NAPA on 84th and Greenfield that was doing engine work back then.

You and I both. My Dad was harassing me today asking if I tried to buy the car. I think my Dad is becoming a closet Mopar guy
