As much as distaste I have for this style of riding, it is legal in many states.

He got Lucky this is "NOT" skill.
My complaint would be My Insurance premiums will be used as a death benefit payout at some point. Good thing My brother-in-law is a ER Doctor JERKS like this will keep him in Boat and BMW payments.
