Default Refurbish lock cylinders

Is there anyone that refurbishes GM lock cylinders besides Jessers? I need my 69 Camaro cylinders keyed and missing passenger side pawl.

I had the same issue, just the IGN key, I took my keys and locks to a local locksmith and he re-keyed the door locks and cut 2 sets for $50. It should be no issue for a real locksmith.
