Your correct it does not appear to be a build sheet. I blew the picture up on my iphone and they are numbers with decimals almost like a reciept.

Looks like the corner of a folded buildsheet.

It looks similar to the lower left corner of the CAR BILLING HISTORY I received in my PHS report.

Kansas City built `70 Chevelles had buildsheets in several places, but no 2 cars got them in the same place everytime.
Check inside the front fenders if original, the bottoms and backs of all the seats, inside the A-pillar covers, on the gas tank, and maybe under the carpeting.
I have Kansas City `70 Chevelle here that had them in the places mentioned, except under the carpet and in the A-pillar, and included sheets from 3 other different cars, for a total of 8 sheets.

Kris,

Here are your pics....

Rick was dead one....those are indeed destination charges.
Hope you do take Rick`s suggestions and look in all the remaining area`s and I hope you do find atleast another full Build Sheet.

Also appears to have been delivered to a California Dealership.

Good Luck.

Dan.

For Kris....Can anyone decode zone 34 and dealer 183 to determine what dealership this was?

Dan.
