Default wire harness clips

anyone know where to get some of these. i am redoing my wire harness and need some of these factory clips

A close substitue is AMK # B-10976.
Now, it is not exact but very close.
I have stiched these replacments into the harness by using a small drill and pre drilling the new clip and using the existing staple and reattach it to the long nylon strap and re-wrapping the harness. Works just fine.
