Default LS6 Chevelle at Mecum Kissimmee

I am wondering if anyone knows anything about the Gold 1970 LS6 Chevelle that will be auctioned off at Mecum Kissimmee. The car is a gold, black interior, 4 speed, 4.10 rear end, 2 build sheets. The car is Lot #R204, Any information that could be provided would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Scott

136370B210216. Seems like a recent find if I recall. Lots if small issues and many of those seem odd, wood grain console, chrome trim on pedals, top post battery, etc but otherwise looks ok but a little worn.

I went to the registry and it was added this year. I also thought the car sits way to high and it does look like an older restoration.

I'm afraid I do not have that particular information on this car in my database.

I believe this is Joe Fasano's old car. It was in the November 1988 issue of MuscleCars magazine with the same stance, tires, pedal trim and a top post battery. The article states the car had most of its original paint back then but a repaint was in the works. No mention if it had the original engine or not but that wasn't near as big of a deal back then so I would call Mecum to ask if you're seriously interested in the car. Best of luck Scott.
