Default Unconstitutional IRS TAX case..

Anyone involved or following this? Pretty interesting read...Seems the 16th Ammendment was never ratified and made into law. The IRS is being put on the stand. According to the lawsuit which outlines our Constitutiion rights we are not suppose to pay any withholding and income tax until the government can show us the law where it states we have to.....Seems our Government cant answer the questions so they are threatening the petitioners by all sorts of means....have fun reading, I did..

Paying isnt the problem, what were paying for and why is...
Why is it your tax filings have to be incredibly accurate but the tax law is so vague nobody can even find or interpret it?

-------I have a friend who believed in all this stuff and he ended up having to move to New Zealand to get away from the harrasment of the IRS. He was always trying to talk my dad and I into following his lead, but we never did......Bill S

If these taxes are owed, then why does the IRS estimate they can only collect $55B of the total $345B? Soemthing doesn't add up...

What we need is a simple flat tax. Just pay a certain percentage on what you buy and April 15th will become meaningless and we can finally toss out all those boxes of records and have room for another car There are some issues with that way too but then everybody pays including all those tourists and illegal immigrants.
The Constitution says that any tax burden put on the people must be able to be understood by anyone who has simple common sense. Ill give a hundred bucks to anyone, even a 20 year tax lawyer, who not only has a total understanding of our tax system but can also explain it in simple common sense.

Our founding Fathers created a free society run by the people for the people, seems over time we have forgotten that and the very elite few have now taken over and everybody is scared shipless of the government and the power they have over us...sounds alot like Marxism to me...
