Rest in peace Hank. A truly great player with plenty of class too. He along with Eddie Matthews were two of my dad's favorite players as he was a great Braves fan, Milwaukee and Atlanta.

He was a hero for the home crowd at every game I attended at Atlanta Fulton County Stadium. He was everybody's favorite player. I was shocked when he stated years later that he had gotten threats and hate mail. |
