With the assistance of Matt Lamer, we also came up with this pic from the original owner.

Thanks Matt!

White top and whitewall tires, I like that combination.

WHOA, how the heck did I miss this thread.
Congratulations Tim, you found your blanket.

I like everything you are attempting to do to this ‘67 roadster.

Question, since you have pulled countless dashboards out of mid years do you ever prop a pillow towards the back, stretch out and nap.

Thanks for sharing your passion ….. again.

Chris

PS, looks like a ‘65 Lemans in front of your Vette.

No pillow.......but yeah. I throw my feet in the back and lay under the dash. Not the most comfortable, but it's a system

Tim, Glad to be able to help. Hopefully you can speak with John (original owner) soon.

The trip odometer would not reset as designed, added to the fact the tach and speedo bounced more than they should. The magnets in both proved to be bad. So, everything got cleaned, lubed, and repaired as necessary. I had everything else in the cluster cleaned and ready to go once the tach and speedo arrived. I was referred to this shop in Milwaukee by Colin Comer. Great service, as they turned it around in less than a week!

I rebulbed the cluster, including an NOS GE257 flashing bulb(s) I keep in stock. I steam cleaned the carpets a few times, and gained an improvement in the overall look of them. While the car could probably stand new rugs, I feel they play the part of the car. New rugs would just look out of place IMO. I should have the clock back later today.

Both gauges and carpet look great, Tim. I certainly wouldn't replace the carpets, they look great and once the seats are in they will be fine.

I agree as well. They look better than my 1967 Benchmark Lynndale Blue car's carpets, that's for sure. Great looking Car Tim. I can't wait to see it when it's all done cleaning it up.
Congratulations on finding another Prize Corvette! Bill
