Unhappy Bat Car

To my knowledge there is no known record of exactly how many verts were made. Not many.

i still have the born with mq from my bolero red white top white interior high optioned vert.Had it since 1978 and stupid 17 year old me sold car. I have since reacquired the original rear that was sold in English town when the car was parted out. I think there were about 60-80 L78 verts made.

Actually the original QA rear was still in the car when I bought it in 1989/90 and considering it took a torch to get the bolts off do to rust, there really is no question it was the original.

Mike, it could just be a coincidence. The guy I bought the rear from said he bought the rear from a guy at the englishtown flea market in 1980. It too is a qa rear dated mid May. Maybe another l78 or z car.

Very possible, I know of several L78's that were sold in NJ in'67.

What color was the car that was parted out at Englishtown? I chopped a number of Camaros and Chevelles there including a few verts. Back then The cars were worth way more in parts. I bought cars there at E-town on Friday and chopped them up there a few times! I cut up 4 real 69 z’s, a few 68 Z’s, dozens of RS-SS’s, dozens of verts. I suspect possibly a blue COPO also. Over 200 early camaros in total.

Did not know any better

Killer provenance... great colors...
I could see it bringing 250k plus
Will it?
That's the 100k question.
I know enough about 69 L78 Vert markets to make informed decisions, however with the lack of cars built the 67 markets are more difficult to determine.
