I didn't even know silver was an option for interior color. That would probably look good with just about any color, but particularly with black or red. Sharp!

Silver was an optional interior color for C2 Corvettes in 1964, 1965 and 1966.

There's a small plaque on the center console that says "GM Kokomo Employee Car Show - 2016 - Best of Show".

Between that and the car being in Noblesville, Indiana, I'd have to say it was owned at one time by somebody that worked at Delco/Delphi.
