Filled up for $3.04 a gallon in Cedar Falls, IA this afternoon. Work pays for all my gas in the company car and we get unlimited personal use so its quite a perk to have when gas prices get this high. Filled 69 Grand Prix with ethanol free 91 octane last weekend and it was 3.49 a gallon.

Kwik Trip here, Kwik Star in IA, has the best price for non-oxy but it's $3.90 gallon. Costs $20 to fill a 5 gallon gas can for the lawn care equipment and the JD can eat 2.5 gallons to mow the 1.5 acre of grass. Heading down to the Des Moines area on the 23rd to tour the Dennis Albough collection and was thinking of driving either the '38 or '62, but the price increase may put me back in the CR-V...

You were in CF and didn't stop in to say hey??

I just filled the DD with 91 non-ethanal at the Cedar Falls Kwik Star for 3.54. Diesel for 3.14. I believe 87 is 2.89?

I recently towed to NC for the Carolina Chevelle Club show at Hendrick. Diesel ranged 3.38 in East TN to 3.64 in IL (of course!). I only fuel at Love's when on the road.

^ yep. $4.799 here for 87. I prepaid $40 and it didn’t fill the 2016 HR-V…

$30 used to fill it from 0 with change back.

I stay in Waterloo or Cedar Falls at least once a month Bill, I'll PM you my # and stop by next time I'm in town if you're up for some bench racing.

Diesel here in Texas I have been paying $2.90, up from $1.60 a year ago.

I just returned Monday from our house in Mexico, gas is roughly $19.8- 20.2 pesos a liter up from 17 pesos a year ago. Inflation on fuel in Mexico is not as bad here, but inflation on everything else is.

diesel 3.37gal yesterday
91 non ethanol 4.04gal yesterday
100ll av gas 4.89 last week

Propane is at 2.09 here (we live in a remote area so that tends to be the fuel of choice). I'll place my bets and say the propane will double and diesel will be well above $4 here before this circus levels off.

Don't want to jump into politics, but one knew this was going to happen

I believe that here in the lower mainland of B.C. we have the highest gas prices in North America. I put Chevron 94 in my GTO on Monday at $1.919 CDN per litre. I think regular was about $1.659. I'm afraid to do the math. Dale

----Premium is around 3.80/3.90 here and filling up my 40 gallon tank in my 93 Suburban is enough to make me gag. The 510 cube big block (570hp/650tq) has unbeliveable pulling power, but unfortunatly needs premium. Translates to around $150! Luckily I only use it occasionally to tow a boat (11,000 lbs). It actually gets better mileage than the original anemic 454. This year I have so much junk to take to MCACN that I'm going to have to take my Subby to Chicago. Stop by our swap space and buy something so I can afford the gas for the ride home,,,LOL!....Bill S
