A while back, and maybe still airing from time to time, there was a Speed channel "Behind the Headlights" show about the JD car. Some crazy stuff surrounding it. Pretty much anyone involved with it or had parts from that car had something pretty bad happen to them. From buildings that the car was in burning down, to it getting stolen at one time and the title left behind in the place where the car was. I THINK they said the car was gone, either completely MIA or destroyed by now.
His friend said he would kill himself in it within a week. Well, 7 days later.... Definately interesting, nonetheless. dave
