DOH! I had a pair of those JL8 front calipers with the modification to run the Corvette dual pin pads and they had the insulators. I sold them for $325. There wasn't a whole lot of interest in them.

"Interest" there is on ebay!! a pair of standard sleeved Corvette calipers (modified for dual pin pads) with generic o-ring NON insulated pistons just sold for $535 #2400740288

No, not really. That's where I sold the JL8 calipers I had with the insulators. And the guy who bought them was going to use them for road racing. I guess it's a matter of finding the right person at the right time.

Strictly a Buyer Beware deal here for sure!!!! You can buy a Better quality product from Vette Brakes in Florida for 1/10th the price.
I've used the originals, highly susceptible to leaking, and the new product from Vette Brakes. No comparison, the new product is a lot better, a lot less headaches too.
