Thanks to all for a great time....hope everyone is getting home safely. The go cart track will never be the same with 3 carts colliding and running COMPLETELY off the track. As always the people were great....by the way did anyone see where the 69 Silver COPO Camaro and 69 Silver COPO Chevelle went I was looking forward to seeing them at the indoor show on Saturday and could not find them ? The pair of Silver 1969 L72 Copos belong to Brad Hausfeld.

The '69 COPO Camaro is my old car. I had brought it down to the reunion many times. It was painted IROC blue by the third owner and that was how it was when I had it. It was recently restored by Cadwallader Classics.

The double COPO L72 Chevelle was purchased from the original owner and also restored by Çhris' restoration shop.

I too was expecting to see the cars at the indoor show. However, Chris and crew had a prior engagement and could not stay for the indoor part of the show.

I'm glad they made it to track.

Brad had offered to let me make some passes in my old car, but I figured that I had my hands full with the 2010 Nickeys.

Sorry, I would have liked to stayed believe me. I enjoyed meeting everyone. I especially enjoyed seeing Dave pound on that Yellow car. I know I can stay next year because I am positive my wife will not have another 20 year reunion again next year! For my brief stay I had a blast and I am looking forward to next year already. Thanks to all!

It was indeed a great time and as always, it was nice seeing old friends and making new ones.

The two silver COPO's will be in the Cadwallader Classics display at the MCACN show, along with a freshly restored ZL1 Camaro.

Chris and his crew are one of our new sponsors for the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals, and I assure you, we will be seeing some amazing cars come out of their shop, which is near Akron, Ohio. www.cadwalladerclassics.com

Nothing like sparks from the guardrail and rubber in the eyes. I lost my engine cover by way of Caleb. My legs are still a little bruised. Definetly one SCR that I'll remember. Thanks for the invite.
