Looking at your photos......could you disconnect the garage door spring and push the door higher.........?????????

garage door will still go up farther than in the pic.

I too used a roll back truck to move my 4 poster...we jacked it up one leg at a time and placed wheel skates under the legs to move it where we could winch it onto the truck. It worked like a charm and cost me a crisp $100.00 bill.
