so how do you put a price on a non-converted yenko. To me it is just a 67 camaro that may or may not have been used for the yenko package development. A yenko clone with some interesting un-proved history.

So no one from the dealership at that time remembers a gold "test mule" car that was around for a year at a small dealership like yenko? seems impossible to me.

Is Mark Gillespie on here at all? You would think he would remember this car if it was anything special. I don't think Yenko installed spoilers or emblems on the 67 Camaros. Also, this car appears to have a big block heater core. I believe the early 427 Stomper cars, which were originally SS350 cars, retained their small block heater cores. From reading the story in Mecum Monthly on this car I came away with the impression that this is simply the first 67 Camaro that Yenko received and was restored as a 427 clone to get a little more ROI on it.

It's not even an original car anymore, it's a Yenko clone with date correct parts, big deal.

The last thing I think about when I drive my car is the hour is was produced..

Thanks Charlie! I see where the truthful posts rate here. If that is the censorship that you want..... I don't need to be here. I can sling truthful mud with the best of them. If someone wants to post lies and BS about the integrity of my car.....I will call them out on it. Nothing clears anything up better than 1966 Yenko Chevrolet paperwork.

If this is how it is.... please remove all my information from this site, including any VIN and info on my car..... and I will not be back.

Thanks, Rick

If you just want to come a sling mud by all means find somewhere else to sling it. If you want to factually make a case about something without calling names etc then you can. Where you were going will not fly here.
