Default Wanted: solid lifter clip

One of the little internal C clips in the top of a solid lifter got mangled in it's past life and I don't have a old lifter for a donor. I just need the clip.
I hope someone can help.

thanks
Verne

Verne, does the clip interchange with any other lifters? I.E. Mopar, Pontiac, or Ford? Is it the same as the clip used on hydraulic lifters? I have lots of old used lifters. As part of my 12-step Hoarders Anonymous rehab program I'd be happy to give you one lifter.

If Steve can’t help you, I have a couple surface rusted NOS hydraulic Chevy lifters that probably have good clips. No idea if the clips would be the same.

I have a set of used hydraulic lifters and the clips are different. I'd feel much safer with a clip from a Chevy solid lifter.

I have one NOS #523269 solid lifter if you can't find the clip.

No. It's a round C clip. I'll try to get photos tomorrow.

The lifter is .842 in diameter and 1.999 in length. The clip is down.234 from the top edge.
