My 13-year-old son Alex is still hard at it with his bass. Click on the link below for his latest performance at a local fair talent competition. There was a group of girls around his age sitting in front of the stage to his left. If you watch closely, you see he gives them the Gene Simmons tongue around 2:50 on video. For that alone I am immensely proud! I'm the fat roadie he hands his bass to as he exits the stage at the end of the video.
He's a great kid who plays his guitars every day without exception. He also has a passion for muscle cars, especially early Trans Am's and 55-57 Chevs. Looks like a great opportunity for a project car down the road. We sure do have a lot of fun together!
